subscription policy

Last updated: June 12, 2026

This Subscription Policy explains how paid Recess web plans work. It is part of the Recess Terms of Use.

plans

Recess may offer 4-week, 12-week, and annual plans. The price, billing interval, and any discount shown during checkout apply to your selected plan.

automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before renewal. Renewal timing matches your selected plan: every 4 weeks, every 12 weeks, or every year.

payment method

By starting a subscription, you authorize Recess and Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the initial purchase and recurring renewals, plus applicable taxes.

cancellation

You can cancel by using the billing portal when it is available from your account or purchase email, or by contacting support@withally.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund past charges.

refunds

If you contact us within 30 days of purchase, you can request a refund. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Processing times may depend on your bank or card issuer.

failed payments

If a renewal charge fails, Stripe may retry the payment and we may contact you to update your payment method. Access may be paused or canceled if payment cannot be completed.

price changes

If a subscription price changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected subscribers before the change applies, as required by law or platform rules.

questions

For billing help, cancellation, or refund requests, contact support@withally.com.

Before paid launch, Recess should confirm the support inbox, Customer Portal link, and refund policy wording are final.
