- Quiz and account information: answers, email, first name, selected plan, and related checkout metadata.
- Payment information: billing details handled by Stripe. Recess does not store full card numbers.
- Device and usage information: events such as quiz starts, screen views, checkout opens, and purchases, plus browser, referrer, and campaign parameters.
- Support information: messages you send us, including your email address and request details.
how we use information
We use information to provide the quiz, process subscriptions, create or connect your account, send sign-in or support emails, improve the funnel and product, prevent fraud, comply with law, and understand aggregate performance.
service providers
We use service providers such as Stripe for payments, Supabase for authentication and data storage, Mixpanel for analytics, Vercel for hosting, and email providers for transactional messages. They process information on our behalf or under their own terms where applicable.
